ABOUT ROUX
Roux is for the food & drink obsessed. The restaurant-goer and cocktail enthusiast. It’s for the home cook and the culinary curious. Every October in Portland OR, Roux Week celebrates food, drink and culture with a citywide festival featuring pop-up dinners, chef collabs, culinary games, panels, brunch and hands-on experiences. It redefines itself year over year bringing you something new, inclusive and wildly fun.

THE FOUNDERS
Roux came to life in 2019 by House of Commons owners, Delia Tethong and Jenna Winkler (probably over baked goods) after countless conversations of wishing for an event highlighting more of their favorite, underrepresented talent in food and beverage. With over two decades of combined experience in hospitality, events, retail, restaurants and production they decided to bring that vision to life.
