2024 ROUX MRKT, event focused on all things food and beverage CPG! That means snacks, candy, beverages (NA and beyond!), coffee, wine, beer, frozen, sauces/condiments - you name it. This fair-inspired market is trade show meets tasting event and the best part is - it’s all women-owned businesses!
Grab your glass, bring your tastebuds and get ready to sample and taste from 50-60 brands both local and from around around the country.

This panel discussion is perfect for the entrepreneur or the entrepreneurial minded with a discussion on kick starting and growing a brand. Panelists include Jaclyn Johnson from Create & Cultivate and Cherub, Jing Gao of Fly by Jing and more announced soon. Panel will take place on Sunday before the Roux Market Day 2.
Attendees will enjoy snacks, drinks and a swag bag alongside a thoughtful conversation with some powerhouses in food+beverage, investing, buying and scaling your business.

Happening Citywide in Portland , Oregon
Portland is defined by its food and beverage scene and now more than ever, we want to rally around the culinary sector through spirit, celebration and community collaboration. Roux is launching citywide and bringing together the women-owned businesses for a week long party across Portland.
How it works:
Restaurant & bar participants sign-up for free and those offering a promotion or activation pay a small participation fee for marketing and collateral costs for additional amplification.
Public and dynamic map on rouxportland.com will feature all participating businesses and promote all the happenings throughout the week!
