Chef Kiauna Nelson, better known as “Kee,” has been serving soul food dishes out of her food truck, Kee’s #Loaded Kitchen on NE MLK since 2017. She wants people to enjoy large portions so they leave happy and satisfied. Kee has recently been offering free meals to Black Portlanders and continues to keep the community fed on her smoked brisket, fried chicken, mac and cheese, loaded baked potatoes, and desserts. Also, there is no set menu at Kee’s and thank goodness, because following her on Instagram and reading the daily menu is nearly as fun as enjoying those 4lb plates.
