Roux is a unique food and beverage experience led by the women redefining it. Each year we strive to provide a series of inspiring events including hands-on workshops, powerful discussions and delicious food and drink. Our goal is to create a space for thoughtful conversation leaving attendees and participants feeling informed, empowered and celebrated. We believe this is the future of food. The start of something special.
Roux was launched in 2019 in Portland, OR and our first year was a special weekend and truly, the start of something good. We successfully welcomed 500+ attendees and 33 participants from all over the country.
