Outlined below are the types of Personal Information (as defined below) that is collected by Roux through the www.rouportland.com website (the “Website”) and its mobile application, and how we use and protect your Personal Information. We also let you know what to do if you do not want Roux to use your Personal Information, and how you can update or change information already provided to us.

By providing Personal Information to Roux, either through the Website or otherwise, you signify that you agree with the terms of our current Privacy Policy as posted here. If you do not agree with any term in this Privacy Policy, please do not provide any Personal Information.
