Pastry Chef Helen Jo Leach has a clear vision for her food: yummy, beautiful, balanced, seasonal, but most importantly she loves food that brings people together. In 2006, Helen started her culinary career in NYC, cutting her chops at Eleven Madison Park and Del Posto. She also helped Christina Tosi open and build the Momofuku Milk Bar empire. After 8 lively years in NYC, Helen and husband, Chef Johnny Leach took a leap to move to the Portland food scene. Helen ran and helped shape the dessert program at two of Gabriel Rucker's restaurants: Little Bird Bistro and Le Pigeon.

Currently, you'll find Helen baking at home and perfecting mud pies with her favorite sous chef, 4 year old Perri while looking for new culinary opportunities. She is also working on her hip hop dance moves and spending time exploring the pacific northwest.
